I take an idea a founder has been carrying around and turn it into procedures, systems, and practices. I help businesses scale, creating an operational backbone so they stop reinventing the wheel every week.

For 14 years, I ran that function for a family-owned business in Altadena, work that ended when the Eaton Fire destroyed it in January 2025. Before that, I spent 15 years as a journalist at the Los Angeles Times,. My work there included the creation of the L.A. Times Festival of Books and a Pulitzer Prize for Breaking News.

I listen first, ask good questions, and then build. That's how I work today, whether running fractional COO and Chief of Staff engagements or setting up a new operation from scratch.t
